A 1-hour class will take you through:

Learn how to safely perform specific movements and practise your technique

Our signature class is suitable for all. Simple movements and equipment mean you can go at your own pace while working out with a mix of abilities.
Go easy or ramp it up!
...USING ACCESSIBLE EQUIPMENT
No rig, no advanced gymnastics, no barbell. You'll use bodyweight movements and simple equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, bumper plates and cardio machines.
Learn basic technique, build your strength and improve overall fitness.
