Last weekend we threw open the doors of Move Forward Gym for the very first time.
Celebrating with industry professionals on Friday 2nd October and with friends and family on Saturday 3rd, we are now well and truly launched and open for business!
Our visitors were able to take advantage of free sample classes, free NOCCO cans pre and post-workout, try state of the art recovery devices courtesy of Hyperice, get their hands on our brand new BLK BOX kit and meet the whole team.
