We are very excited to announce that our new recovery room is now open!! Equipped with a Canadian Spa Sauna and Lumi Recovery Pro Ice Barrel, get ready to take your recovery to the next level

 

We are currently only opening the room for MFG members, where a 60 minute session can be booked using the booking sheet in the gym.
